Born and raised in West Virginia, he’s now a Project Manager at his family’s local construction business.

Owen’s story is rooted in family, hard work and a deep connection to the greater West Virginia region. Raised in Petersburg, West Virginia, Owen’s values were shaped by A.L.L. Construction Group, his family’s veteran-owned business with strong local ties. From an early age, construction was more than a job to Owen — it was a vocation. By high school, Owen was already gaining hands-on experience, learning the trade side-by-side with family members and neighbors.

Today, Owen serves as a project manager, helping lead infrastructure projects across the state. Outside of work, Owen values time spent outdoors and with loved ones, staying grounded in the lifestyle that defines the region.
